WHAT IS QUEST?
Quest is the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure.
Quest is a tool for continuous improvement, designed primarily for the management of leisure facilities and leisure development. Quest defines industry standards and good practice and encourages their ongoing development and delivery within a customer focused management framework.
Quest inspection 2005
In September 2005 the centre received a score of 69% following a 2 day inspection and mystery visitor report.
Quest inspection 2007
In November 2007 the centre received the great news that following a 2 day quest inspection and a mystery visitor report we have been awarded an improved score rating of 74%, an improvement on 2005 moving the centre in to the commended category.
Quest Inspection 2010
This is due in January.
