The Sportsmens Rest is a very busy community bar incorporated within, and managed by Shenley Leisure Centre Trust. The successful candidate will be a person that enjoys hands on frontline bar duties delivering a friendly welcoming atmosphere and great customer service on a day to day basis in a customer focussed environment. You will need to be able to work evenings and weekends both independently and as part of a small operations team, posses the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and be capable of dealing assertively & diplomatically with conflict situations and scenarios where they may arise.

Due to licensing laws applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
