Gymnastics

The courses are aimed at children 5 to 16 years who are either beginners or who wish to attend a course rather than a club.

Sessions are taught through work on the bars, floor, vault and floor beams.

Children can work towards the British Gymnastics awards 7 - 1 with certificates and badges for each award completed.

The emphasis is on a fun but safe learning environment under a qualified British Gymnastics coach and 2 assistants, ratios 8 children to 1 coach.

As the courses are usually run over a 6 week period the children have adequate time to discover whether gymnastics is the sport for them.

Dates: April 23rd, 30th, May 14th, 21st, 28th

Time: 17.30 - 18.30

Age: 5 - 16 years (boys & girls)
